We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our Return & Exchange Policy allows you to return items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags or labels must remain attached
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
- Items must be in original condition for processing
Process
- Visit our return portal at jennykrauss.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login to start your return
- Select the items you wish to return and choose refund or exchange
- Print your return label from the portal
- Package items securely with original tags attached
- Attach the return label and ship to:

Refunds
- Refunds begin processing once your return is delivered to our warehouse
- Processing takes 3-5 business days from delivery
- Choose original payment method or store credit during return setup
- Refunds to original payment may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for any product in our store
- Unless you opt-in to Free Returns and Package Protection, Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrong
Damaged items
- We'll make it right if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Contact us with photos of the issue for damaged or defective items
- We cover all return shipping costs for these situations

International returns
International returns are not currently accepted.
