We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our Return & Exchange Policy allows you to return items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Tags or labels must remain attached
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
• Items must be in original condition for processing

Process

1. Visit our return portal at jennykrauss.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login to start your return
2. Select the items you wish to return and choose refund or exchange
3. Print your return label from the portal
4. Package items securely with original tags attached
5. Attach the return label and ship to:

6. Track your return through the portal for processing updates

Refunds

• Refunds begin processing once your return is delivered to our warehouse
• Processing takes 3-5 business days from delivery
• Choose original payment method or store credit during return setup
• Refunds to original payment may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for any product in our store
  
• Unless you opt-in to Free Returns and Package Protection, Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrong

Damaged items

• We'll make it right if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• Contact us with photos of the issue for damaged or defective items
• We cover all return shipping costs for these situations
• Package items securely and use our return portal at jennykrauss.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login

International returns

International returns are not currently accepted.
