Fulfillment Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role
As our Fulfillment Specialist, you'll help ensure every order leaves our warehouse accurately packed, beautifully presented, and ready to delight customers and retail partners.
This role is a blend of order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse organization. You'll receive new inventory, prepare wholesale and online orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and help keep our warehouse running smoothly. Because our shipping carriers pick up several days per week, you'll also need to be available at the warehouse for scheduled pickups at least three weekdays each week between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
We're looking for someone who enjoys organized systems, notices the little details, and works well independently while collaborating with a small team.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and e-commerce orders with accuracy and care
- Inspect products before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Process customer returns and determine whether products can be restocked
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Organize warehouse shelving and storage areas to maximize efficiency
- Prepare daily shipments and coordinate carrier pickups
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well maintained
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or fulfillment issues
- Assist with seasonal projects and other operational needs as the business grows
